Family Day 2013 in Mississauga

Family Day 2013 in MississaugaThis year on the 18th of February Mississauga Kids and local families will celebrate Family Day. Its a long weekend in most of Canada from February 16th to 18th. The third Monday in February is a statutory holiday in British Columbia (for the first time this year), Alberta, Saskatchewan, and here in Ontario. Family Day is also celebrated in South Africa, Australia and Vanuatu on different days. This is not a federal holiday in Canada thus we are fortunate that Mississauga is in a province that marks a day to celebrate family. Mississauga always offers a variety of active, creative and fun ways to spend your Family Day. Many Mississauga events can be found on our calendar but on this occasion we’ve compiled a fabulous list for you…

This is the 2013 Family Day activity schedule, please visit the 2014 schedule here.
